Extremely friendly bell staff and very quick service for baggage collection. The staff in the lobby/bar area were very friendly. The room was spacious and had tall ceilings, it felt grand but updated. Far away from the chaos of the center of the city but easy enough to walk to it.

Staff was very helpful in surprising my wife with a birthday bouquet at breakfast. Everyone was very professional.

The hotel is amazing and staff very courteous and friendly. The suggestion is that perhaps they could install international power sockets in the bedrooms. Currently there’s only European style. So if you don’t have a power adapter it’s a nuisance.
