OK but spoilt badly by a complete lack of maintenance, false promises, everyone disappointed.

We liked the location. It is central & near to places. It's a great apartment with lots of space & is stylish.

The slide out bed in the small room was not set us right which meant my younger daughter cut her foot badly soon after we arrived. There were meant to be fans in the apartment, and the expectation was for large proper fans. Like the ones the ones we saw on three empty boxes in the flat. So the apartment was very hot made worse by the fact that the main bedroom door to the balcony would not open properly & the shutter was broken.So it felt like a prison cell staying in the main bedroom & it was very very uncomfortable.Therefore there was no natural light into the main bedroom, & we could not get out onto the balcony from that bedroom.We had to access the balcony from the children's bedroom which made it very difficult as we had to disturb them & should not have to if the main bedroom access was available & not broken.Please note the main bedroom blind & the left hand balcony door in that room have obviously been broken for some time & not attended to. There was also a shutter on the balcony with broken parts & sharp edges so it has been broken before & maintenance has not been kept up to date along with the left door which has dropped down, & is sitting on the frame. That has also obviously been like that for some time. Also the blind in the living room was broken further restricting the natural light and air flow into the apartment.The host meeter and greeter from GuestReady Frederico was great & was very helpful. He even pointed out the shutter problems, as he had noticed them before we arrived.The issues affected our stay very badly & we were all very disappointed that effectively the apartment was not guest ready at all. We spent a considerable amount of time over several days trying to get things resolved while we were there.Only to be told things would happen & that someone would come around & fix the problems.

Small apartment crowded with decoration not worth the price.

The location. However the build was old/sort of social building.

The property was super small, crowded with decoration items (not at all necessary). Some of the windows of the apartment were damaged and could not be opened. The bathroom was very old.

The Apartment is complete,nothing was missing,all is very practical

It looks like real house where someone left part of his / her Portugal life and it’s atmospheric;)

The cost, flat good but it not enough for 1400 per 2 weeks. it clean but old :)
