These clips are only reviewed when an issue comes up. -NOTE: There are noise monitors in the common spaces but they do not record and only sample noise levels periodically. -NOTE: There will on occasion be gardeners and pool service members that come to the property in the early morning to service the property. -NOTE: The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use. - NOTE: We provide a starter supply of amenities (laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body soap) for guests to enjoy during your stay. There might be instances where guests have to replenish these items for themselves if higher than average amount is used. POOL HEATING COST: Heated pool option is available for $35 per night. Please let us know at least 72 hours prior to your arrival if you choose to have the pool heated. Pool heating requests require a minimum of heating two consecutive nights during your stay. NO DIVING is allowed in the pool and no glass is allowed in the pool either***. All children under the age of 16 need to be supervised in the backyard or water at all times, no matter what their swimming skills. My husband and I was traveling for a senior softball tournament. The home was very clean and exactly as described online . The pool was an added plus . We enjoyed our stay , I would definitely book this property again !!!

We were in town for MiLB Fall League. The location was convenient for travel to all of the participating stadiums in the area, as well as grocery store, restaurants and other shopping and attractions. The house is in a lovely, quite residential neighborhood. We loved the house and the back yard. All of the spaces are accurately depicted in the listing, and all of communication with the host was timely. Our few, minor issues and questions were addressed and resolved immediately.

Everything about this place was fantastic! The location was so close to shops and restaurants. House was very clean and very well stocked! The pool was amazing. And the property manager was very easy to get in touch with and extremely responsive. We would absolutely go back to this house and refer others staying in the Scottsdale area.

The home is gorgeous, and the pool is great! Everything we could've wanted or needed was supplied, and the house was spotless. The location is great - about a half a mile from a grocery store, and about 20 minutes to great shopping!
