My family of four really enjoyed the location of this condo! It's steps to the lake/beach and association amenities. Beautiful sunsets! There was plenty of room in the condo, beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor area is well equipped but is heavily worn (similar to area amenities). The complex is super close to many restaurants, grocery stores and connects to a trail. Five minutes from Heavenly Village. The property management company was responsive and helpful when needed. All check-in and check-out info was sent in plenty of time to review.A con for us was the temperature inside the house fluctuates drastically throughout the day (which is to be expected) but we struggled to keep everyone comfortable on each level. Very chilly downstairs and 80s upstairs. The condo had AC units and mobile heaters for our use. But they affected the other levels when in use. After three days we were finally able to set up the AC unit with vented exhaust out of desperation (no instructions left). We would stay here again, thank you!

The property was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. We did not use the oven or the outside grill but appreciate that those features were available. The proximity to Lake Tahoe is exceptional and the views spectacular. Overall, we had a wonderful experience during our stay.

Except for kitchen, rooms/hallways inside were dark. Construction blocked main entrance & various roads/parking lots.
Price should have been lowered for this mess/inconvenience.
3rd floor "bedroom" didn't have place to hang clothes!
