Heavenly Resort is just 1.5 miles away, and several restaurants and shops are within walking distance. This home is centrally located one block west of Ski Run Blvd., just a 1.5 mi drive to Heavenly Mountain Resort and Stateline, and walking distance to Safeway grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and bowling. This home has comfortable sleeping and dining space for 8 people including children, or 8 max for a group of all adults. This applies 24/7 CDC-compliant cleaning & no-contact check-in. There is also a booster seat provided for the little one. The mid-level has bedrooms 2 and 3, each with a queen bed, and another full bath with walk-in shower and dual sinks. If you have any questions about facilities, give them a call or visit. This beautifully updated unit is only available through RnR Vacation Rentals. We spent this past MLK weekend up in South Lake Tahoe and were beyond happy with our decision to stay at Lakeland, and at this property in particular. The views of the lake and snow capped mountains just from the back patios were breathtaking. We had our toddler with us so the convenience of being able to step out onto your “backyard” for fun in the snow and quickly back in for snacks and nap time was priceless. I appreciated the organized communication from the property manager, RnR, very much. As a disclaimer, this unit does have quite a few stairs. Though we rented a baby gate, it didn’t quite work well with the ornate railing. So we did spend a lot of time trying to barricade the area or following our toddler around so he wouldn’t accidentally tumble down in his exploration.

Beautiful view, cozy with lots of seating. Well equipped kitchen for cooking and baking. TVs are cumbersome to use (including dead Apple TV remote) so we ended up just casting a movie from our iPhone. Then we gave up and played games instead which was fun! But if you’re planning to watch movies as we had planned, best wishes for that. Otherwise we loved the space and hope to rent this specific unit again!

This was a family retreat to just spend time with our adult children. We also scheduled a family photo session right there on the was perfect! We spent a rainy day indoors cooking a fabulous meal in the fully stocked kitchen. We also did puzzles and played games as there were so many to choose from! We slept wonderfully in the comfy beds. So close to everything "Tahoe" It was truly a wonderful stay!

Property was very nice. Just as pictured. But only 2 bath towels per bathroom and the downstairs bedroom is very dark. I wouldn’t want to stay in the summer without AC. But overall it was very nice and the beds were comfortable. The property manager was very accessible too. The only other issue was the water bugs in the downstairs bathroom. You can’t leave anything open on the counter because they crawl into the bag. I would still recommend if these things few issues won’t bother you.

Overall a very good experience-- the proximity to the beach is great...The overall layout of the place is good for a family/group. We had a couple maintenance issues-toilet running and dishwasher-- but the response was prompt ...I do suggest that the dishwasher configuration needs to be looked at--it is broken; suggest adding an umbrella to the table on the deck..clearly needed.

Great for our family. Open concept kitchen. 3rd floor bedroom was very warm and not very private. Wish there was a/c. The highs for the week were between 57-67 and still got hot on top two floors. Great location and very clean. Close to the pier and pool.

We booked this condo for a few days midweek after my husband and oldest son were in Reno for Nationals bowling. Previous trips had been during the winter for skiing so this is the first summer trip we have made to Tahoe and the first time to rent a condo there. This condo was a perfect location on the water with an amazing beach right out the back door. As well, the condo was very well stocked with anything you can imagine needing in the kitchen as well as games, beach toys, grill, and tons of extra blankets. The home is clean, the beds are comfortable and the furniture is well appointed. The location of the condo was perfect and one can easily walk to stores or restaurants. The area was quiet and well managed including chairs being neatly set up on the beach every morning. Enjoy your coffee or drinks on the back deck while gazing at Lake Tahoe. I would book this condo again without a doubt. Thanks so much!!

Stayed here to celebrate our son’s wedding. What a great place to wake up to each morning and enjoy our morning coffee on the deck with close-up views of the lake and stunning mountains. Home was clean, well-stocked,and beautifully decorated. We loved the fact that it was within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shopping.We woudl not have asked for a better place to stay!

Condo is beautiful and spacious in a great location right on the lake. It had every possible amenity and everything was in first rate shape upon arrival. Just wish we weren’t in a blizzard for most of our stay but can’t blame the owners for that :-). Though it did make for a beautiful winter wonderland.

We loved the South Lake Tahoe condo. We came here for our daughter's wedding and found the condo to be in a beautiful location (right on the beach) with a nice layout and plenty of sleeping accommodations. We even got to see the famous bear cub, Boo Boo (although at about 500 lbs he isn't exactly a cub anymore, LOL). The management company was professional and very easy to deal with. Overall, we loved this rental and will be back!

We have stayed at many places at Lakeland Village, but this is our top pick! The view was absolutely incredible. This is the definition of relaxing, staying in this unit. Unfortunately we are spoiled forever and will never want to stay in another unit! Check in and check out was amazingly simple. When the water heater went out, they had someone at our place within 45 minutes to light the pilot light. This place was immaculately clean and spotless. The unit had everything you could ever possibly want. Thank you R N R and thank you to the owners for having such a beautiful place❤️

We had a wonderful time , as always. This was our second time in this unit,although we have been coming to Lake Tahoe since my daughter was 8 ,she is now 46. We have stayed in Lakeland village most of those years. We love this unit to wake up every morning, sit on the deck with coffee and enjoy the peaceful lake, and the same in the evenings. Love watching the grandkids be able to walk out to the water with there paddle boards or we enjoy the beach. We usually bike, hike , river raft and bring a puzzle to last us the hole trip. The unit is very comfy and well kept.Everything you need is there. The mattresses are getting a little lumpy, but we are so lucky to be able to enjoy all of this.Thank you

The beach location allowed us to walk on the beach, play outdoors games and introduce my (almost) 2 year old granddaughter to Lake Tahoe. The accommodations were first rate and included everything our family needed over a 5-day period.
