Was exactly like the photos. Was very clean and nicely appointed. Excellent location for our Savannah Banana game weekend. Also close to the historic district. Beautiful front prorxh and swing. Well laid out floor plan.
Only on tv on main floor, we arrived and could not find the remote, reached to Emily, she sent a universal remote from Best Buy…no batteries, we took batteries from the bedroom floor fans, she said she would send batteries, they never showed up so we had no fans. Also on move in day we noticed many flying insects, she apologized and said she would send over an exterminator, they never showed up. 4 of the five of us got some type of bug bites. We don’t know if it was from the flying insects or from the beds, two were in the king size bed, two in the twin beds. The one in the queen bed did not get bitten. Then there is no curtain on the bathroom window…we took a pillow case and covered the window. Be advised parking is no where near adequate, there are restaurants and bars at the end of the block, two nights we had to park and walk blocks to the unit.

Great service from the management team, so kind and helpful! A fun location with lots of great local spots nearby. We liked the neighborhood a lot. The space was roomy for our group.
It was a little rule heavy for a “booking.com” stay- stripping sheets, taking out trash (not super clear where it should be put either), and starting the dishwasher. Overall not too bad but just something to note.

The space is really nice and decorative. I like order and the photos, directions, rules were a nice addition. I liked having the full kitchen and access to the laundry room.
There were some issues at the beginning with my early arrival my family was on the porch with no way in for almost an hour. I had to call two people to get it resolved and let us in.The middle bedroom with the twin beds wasn't to my taste compared to the other rooms. The beds are to low to the ground. It didn't have the chic feel as the other two rooms. Lastly, the plugs in the upstairs bathrooms never worked it made it inconvenient to get ready in the mornings. I think the breaker wasn't working for that area.
