The young man who checked us in was extremely polite and helpful. But really all the staff was great. I was pleased with the cleanliness too.

Red Feather Lodge was a great place to stay. I do have a few complaints there were no drinks for children juice, hot chocolate, etc., coffee or tea for adults. My other complaint is the beds. It was literally the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. It was so hard that my hip bones were bruised and I could barely walk upon waking up.
