The location is great - close to the entrance to Grand Canyon park. Also the overall layout of the hotel is superb with the hall, space inside the hotel (hallway leading to rooms). The SPA area was excellent - we were in late October so this was pretty empty (what we loved).

The fact they were able to accommodate us for 1 night at short notice. Reception staff friendly enough.
The property is very tired & music played until late in the atrium that kept us awake.
