I LOVED my stay here. So much so, I canceled my last place and stayed another 4 nights. Its beautiful, calm, peaceful and has everything I needed. The staff are helpful and friendly but not intrusive. The previous places I stayed had very intrusive staff/owners who talked non stop and ruined my stay. Also, Alba has food all day and night which is a huge plus, some places only do brekkie. Beautiful pool and grounds.
What I will say which is minor overall the beds are very hard, plus this place should one hundred percent be adult only. A family came with 2 children, jumping in and out of the pool and squealing. I felt the villa was way too small for this, it spoiled the peace and the other single/couples agreed.

أقمنا هنا 4 ليال بداية شهر أغسطس، كان الجو في المدينة مشمس أول ليلة والبقية غائم وممطر.
حجزنا جناحين: جناح ملكي و جناح على الحديقة (ولا يوجد فروق كبيرة بينهما، الجناح الملكي يوجد سياج حول البلكونة وتدخله مباشرة من اللوبي بدون درج)، كلاهما نفس المساحة ونوع وحجم السرير و الإطلالة و الخدمات.
- طاقم العمل محترفين متميزين وراقين في التعامل.
- الإفطار لذيذ و مشبع.
- المكان هادئ ونظيف ورائحته جميلة.
- يوجد الكثير من الحيوانات الجميلة في المكان، سناجب وطواويس وطيور ممتعة بالنظر إليها وسماع صوتها والتفاعل معها أحيانا.
- يوجد مكتبة صغيرة في اللوبي بها بعض الكتب و ألعاب الطاولة.
- بالامكان التنسيق مع الموظف لحجز جلسات مساج أو يوقا بأسعار إضافية (التنسيق لتوفير اخصائية مساج أنثى أخذ وقت ولكن النتيجة كانت رائعة).
ليست عيوب ولكن تحسينات مقترحة:
- يفضل تحسين خدمة الانترنت وقت الأمطار (إذا كان ممكنًا) لأن خدمة الواي فاي وكذلك الشريحة الخاصة لا تعمل كثيرًا من الوقت.
- يفضل إيجاد بدائل للفطور الساخن (من المطبخ) لا تعتمد على البيض، على الرغم من وجود الفطور السريلانكي التقليدي اللذيذ و الذي به خيارات أخرى ولكنها للأسف حارة (شطة) جدًا ، مثلًا فلافل (أصبح طبق عالمي مشهور وهو خيار نباتي جيد) وغيره من الخيارات.
* للتأكيد: الفطور لذيذ و شهي و يوجد زبادي و قرانولا و شوفان و كعكة الموز، لكن اقتراحي للمنتجع المميز لأني لو رغبت لاحقًا في القدوم ستكون نقطة الفطور سبب في عدم حجزي أيام أطول.

تنبيه لمن لديه كرسي متحرك أو مشاكل في الركبة، يوجد درج للصعود للمنتجع (قد تزيد على 40 درجة) فالأفضل التواصل معهم مسبقًا والتأكد إذا كانت هناك طريقة أخرى للوصول، لإن البقاء في هذا المنتجع سيكون ذكرى جميلة.

The facilities and staff were excellent. Pool was well maintained. The food was exceptional.
The location is a bit hard to reach especially at night. But still only 10 mins from the main Ahangama market

Property and rooms were beautiful and spacious
Staff was so unprofessional. They seemed like didn’t have any proper training. Didn’t know how to treat the guess and give that Sri Lankan touch other similar or higher grade hotels did. Manager Nadith was no where to be seen the whole stay.
Breakfast was poor quality. Milk rice was sweet which is not how it is made anywhere else in SL
