Nice size room, comfortable beds, very quiet location. I appreciated the free laundry room (laundry detergent included). Metro and train stations are 10 minute walk away, but there is also a lot of Luup bikes available nearby.

The location
- in the room there is a kitchen that is not set to be used. There are not enough casseroles and plates and the table is too small. Moreover, I had to ask to clean the rubbish because they clean every 5 days, that is not acceptable when you have food rubbish;
- the price for the overall service is too high (they clean the room every 5 days)
This is the only hotel during my Japanese stay that I would not recommend and for sure I will not book it again.
