This 5 bedroom/5.5 bath estate features an elegant, spacious open concept interior filled with sublime art. This estate is replete with luxurious amenities including: Yamaha Grand Piano, surround sound, outdoor Spa, and home theatre gallery and more. It very comfortably and privately sleeps 10 and is the perfect getaway. Located 5 minutes from the prestigious La Jolla Shores, shopping, restaurants, award winning golf at Torrey Pines, hiking, art museums, live music, live theatre and more this estate offers the best of both coastal California and urban attractions. The Residence This hillside estate basks in privacy and harmony with the surrounding trees. It combines the grace and elegance of Mediterranean architecture with the flair of contemporary design. Generously sized open concept white spaces are accented with limestone floors, rich granite countertops and solid wood doors throughout that combine to create a luxurious interior palette that is complemented by an extensive marble patio and lush garden. Its four levels perfectly organize the flow of guests. The entry level looks upon the living level which has a beautiful wood burning fireplace, elegant seating, French doors that open to a large balcony, dining area and a magnificent grand piano. The vast cook's kitchen opens to the family room, an additional balcony and private library with a 55" SmartTV and Bose sound bar. Surround sound music streaming throughout most of the estate is through Bluetooth. The third level offers three separate bedrooms all featuring private bathrooms with showers. At the base of the staircase is the first bedroom which has a new and luxuriously comfortable queen size bed, SmartTV and private balcony. The second bedroom is equipped with a sumptuous new king size bed and SmartTV while the third (primary) bedroom includes a king size bed, work desk, fireplace, French doors, balcony, shower and jacuzzi tub as well as a walk-in closet. The home theatre gallery level is outfitted with a beautiful contemporary Italian leather sofa, two twin daybeds (new full size comfortable twin mattresses) and an Optima projector and screen along with surround sound for viewing your favorite film, show or sporting event. The gallery theatre room (ie fifth bedroom) can be completely isolated from the third floor bedroom level as well as from the fourth bedroom on the gallery theatre room. There is a full bath and an additional bedroom (fourth bedroom) with a king size bed and SmartTV as well. Through three sets of French doors the home extends into the surrounding landscape and is accented by a stunning marble patio and garden. Enjoy a leisurely outdoor meal at two dining areas with seating for ten. Fire up the grill, dip into the hot tub and soak up the California sun. There is plenty of patio furniture to provide a comfortable space for relaxing. Accessed via the garden is a separate room (sanctuary) to which you can escape with French doors, skylights, elegant lighting work desk and chair. The Property is operated as a vacation rental by Paige California Vacation Rentals LLC (PCVR). For the purposes of this description: the “Property” means and includes the real property on which this vacation rental is located including the residence, garden and other improvements thereon to which Guests have authorized access; and “PCVR” means and includes PCVR itself as well as its sole member and the owner of the Property and their respective representatives, managers and agents, successors and assigns.

Had my daughter’s small intimate wedding dinner here and it was so perfect! This 4 story home was spacious for all the family. The place was so clean and equipped with all the things we needed. Such a beautiful home and would recommend staying here to everyone! Thank you Paige!

Our family of 10 adults thoroughly loved our stay at this beautiful home. The kitchen was exceptional for cooking our extravagant dinners and the house was spacious and elegant. Thank you Paige for being so accommodating and quick to respond to all of our questions. We highly recommend this property and we would definitely want to stay here again.

We had a wonder ful stay for the opening of the Del Mar races. The house is located in a great location taking us less than 10 minutes to La Jolla shores and the beach, 20 minutes to the Del Mar track and the same to downtown San Diego. Great location. The owner was very lovely and was there to help every step of the way to ensure all questions were answered and things were located in the house. It is in a quiet neighborhood with privacy in the back yard. The house, and the artwork in it, are very beautiful. The kitchen is large and had everything we needed to make meals. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. It is the best house with 4+ bedrooms we found in San Diego for short term stays.

This estate itself is worth the trip. The best of Italian contemporary luxury in Southern California.This is an exceptionally beautiful yet comfortable home and grounds. The neighborhood is inviting, welcoming and private. We loved the proximity to the La Jolla Shores and beach as well as to the La Jolla Village and golfing at Torrey Pines. There was something for everyone. It was relaxing to come home to a sparking hot tub and a film on the home theatre. We are looking forward to our next stay. We’ll return!

We really enjoyed our stay in La Jolla. The host and home are both absolutely amazing. An open floor plan with lots of light made our visit very memorable. The gourmet kitchen was top notch and made prepping meals a breeze. The village was very close and there were a ton of restaurants to choose from. I enjoyed a run through the upscale neighborhood which felt safe, private and quiet. Also, the beach is very close which was convenient for our visit. Would love to stay here again the next time we are in town.

What a fabulous last minute getaway this home and host provided. WOW! Everything from booking, to arriving/departing, was absolutely effortless. It certainly supersedes even the highest of expectations. This property is simply stunning. We especially enjoyed all of the beautiful gathering spaces (inside and outside) that accommodated everyone’s wishes whether it was one person reading, a few people relaxing, or all of us delighting in a delicious meal in a gorgeous kitchen which had it all! No detail was overlooked whatsoever. Luxury at it’s finest. How nice to feel revived and refreshed after a most relaxing stay in such an exquisite home in CA. Super fun days with family and friends (love having close access to the beach, shopping, golf, tennis and much more) followed with quiet, peaceful, restful nights in lovely bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Excellent trip! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!
