The overall vibe of the home is very Palm Springs as reflected in the art, furnishings and accessories. The Home comes completely equipped for the guest with everything included: From a fully equipped kitchen to a printer in the den; laundry supplies and the bathroom supplies all included. All utilities are included also. However, there is a $300 per month threshold on the gas bill in case the guest chooses to heat the pool. A weekly housecleaning service is included also.
