Once we checked into the apartment everything went well.

Location in old town

Collected keys several miles away from apartment, had to have a taxi wait while I accessed a central office. One of the disadvantages of being in old town was having to carry luggage down about 12 flights of stone stairs to get to the apartment. It would be very difficult if someone was not fit or had a lot of luggage.

Pretty nice place in the heart of Lisboa

Location is perfect - just in the heart of Alfama neighbourhood, very close to many attractions and comfortable transport to others. The aparment was clean and big enough for 2 people, even there was enough space for kids. There were enough kitchen facilities that we even didn't have time to use. There is one more apartment upstairs in the building, so we didn't have to share any space with other people. And there was a cozy Italian restaurant just opposite the house.

Nothing bad to say. The only thing is that I couldn't find the hairdryer but for us it was not a problem at all. Just a recommendation - it would have been great if they had some tea bags/ coffee as a compliment for people that don't have much time to look for supermarkets.

Comodo y limpio.

Se olvidaron de poner la cuna de viaje que se solicitó, aún y habiendo contactado previamente con el alojamiento para confirmar que tenían y constaba la petición y asegurar que no habría ningún problema ya que viajábamos con un bebé. Al final lo solucionaron, pero solo después de amenazarles con tener que anular la reserva e irnos a un hotel donde dispusieran de lugar para que durmiera el bebé.
