The staff! They are incredibly welcoming and helpful.
There was black mould in my room.
There were con webs and little animals at the entry door. We had to ask to get moved to another room.
The room was not completely clean, there were some stains on the bathroom door.
The lift didn’t work 85%of the time of our stay. We had to go up the stairs 7 floors in 35-40 degree days.
