This was by far the best stay of our trip to Georgia. It wasn’t luxurious, and there were a few small details that could have been improved, such as bedside lamps and thicker curtains to keep out the morning light. But these were minor things compared to the warmth, authenticity and genuine hospitality we experienced here.
Teona prepared a wonderful and incredibly generous breakfast for us every morning, and she even adapted it especially for us as vegetarians. Her kindness and personal attention made us feel truly welcome, and we sincerely thank her for everything.
The guesthouse is in a quiet location, away from the traffic and bustle of central Mestia, which we really appreciated. There was also plenty of convenient parking inside the courtyard, which was especially useful as we were travelling by car.
It was not the most luxurious place we stayed, but it was by far the warmest, most authentic, personal and welcoming. We will remember our stay here very fondly.

Так получилось, что не смогла сразу оставить отзыв: сбой букинга. И всю эту долгую неделю я вспоминала наш прекрасный отдых и переживала, что не смогу рассказать об этом здесь! Это было действительно шикарно, Теона, спасибо Вам огромное за всё! Мы словно отдыхали дома, так тихо, спокойно и душевно было, в то же время были дорогими гостями у дорогой хозяйки. Лучший отдых в моей жизни!
Если нужны факты: дом расположен не сильно в центре, поэтому тихо; машину можно поставить на территории; вкуснейшие и очень сытные завтраки; вокруг горы; дома кроме хозяев живут белый кот, теленок и две собачули; бойлер, поэтому горячая вода есть всегда; чай, кофе, кипяток, плед.

Los propietarios muy amables y muy atentos. La ubicación excelente. Muy limpio y cómodo. El desayuno una maravilla, hecho por la dueña, muy casero.
Guest house muy recomendable.

The host is a super sweet lady that even with limited English makes you feel welcome. She made a great breakfast each morning and made sure we took more food with us. The room was a reasonable size and very clean. The bed was comfortable and we liked that it was not in the middle of town, so very quiet. It was just a 20 mins walk to town and was safe/easy to do. She had two friendly dogs and a cat.
Water pressure in the shower was low, but in the sink it was great so I just think there is some adjustment to be made.
