La ubicación cerca del metro.
La falta de mantenimiento. Tapas del inodoro rotas, fregona sin palo, por lo que no pudimos fregar.
La luz del baño de abajo no funcionaba.
Había mucho ruido por la mañana, es un bajo y había obras al lado.
La ducha de un baño estaba junto al inodoro, sin mampara, por lo que si te duchabas, ponías el inodoro lleno de agua.

Localizacao excelente, bairro seguro, fácil acesso ao supermercado e aos maiores pontos turísticos. Muita facilidade em ver a cidade toda a pé!
O apartamento não estava totalmente limpo, o aquecimento do piso de baixo não estava a funcionar e precisa de manutenção.

The rooms were very spacious for 4 people and the owner was really chill. It was very close to the metro station. So, traveling around Rome was very easy.
