Casa Prati Michelangelo is an elegant apartment, recently renovated in a beautiful, tree-lined street, near Piazza Cola di Rienzo at walking distance from Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese, Via del Corso, Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon, Piazza di Spagna (Spanish steps), Castel Sant'Angelo.
The apartment is equipped with TV and Wi-Fi internet connection. Netflix is also available.
High ceilings and interiors design will add additional pleasure to your Roman staying.
The area is known also as a primary shopping & restaurants district and offer public transportation also including the subway stop "Lepanto" (A line).
The apartment includes: entrance hall, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and living room with kitchenette.
Air conditioning is available, as well as 2 TV sets.
The apartment is properly sanitized before any check-in. Hand sanitizer is also included.
Despite the situation in Rome was never critic and it is now under control, serologic tests for sars-cov-2 can be available in the apartment upon request (additional cost).
It's possible to ask for private transfer service from/to Fiumicino or Ciampino Airports

Amazing location, walk or take the metro to everything. Excellent host, he met us at check in and showed us everything we needed to know. Clean and comfortable.

Perfect place to stay in Rome. Andrea was extremely accommodating. He arranged our transportation from the airport and met us at the Vrbo. He went through everything with us and had great recommendations. The Vrbo is in the perfect location, close enough to walk to restaurants and sites yet still in a quiet neighborhood. The Vrbo has everything you need and is lovely. Clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Andres was very nice to work with. Unfortunately for us, we decided not to stay in the apartment once we arrives as the bathrooms were just not quite up to our standard. I would not say that they were not represented accurately in the photos, but they are much smaller in person (especially the shower- I have no idea how an adult would shower in that area...maybe we are just used to the bathrooms in the US). Additionally, the room upstairs did not have an AC unit and the fan supplied was just not going to cool the room enough. Nonetheless, if that is not a big deal to you, then it would probably be a great property to stay at. Andres was very nice through the process and did give me some of the money back which we owed him at the time of check in from the City tax.

Excellent location in a quiet, non-touristy area, yet still within easy walking distance of restaurants and major sightseeing attractions. The building was even more charming than we had anticipated. Access to the apartment was easy, with just a few steps to navigate. We had no issues carrying our luggage in and out. The host was exceptionally responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The only minor drawback was that the upstairs bedroom tended to be warmer than the rest of the apartment when the sliding door was closed at night. The provided fan helped, but the room was still a bit warm for sleeping. A charming flower cart sits at the end of the street, and I found myself wishing we had stayed longer so I could have brought some flowers back with me.
