The staff. The restaurant. The breakfast. The location.
They 3 rooms are in the attic. They say they have AirCon, which was one of the main reasons we booked it as we knew it was going to be c.30 degrees. They don't. They put a mobile AC unit in the room with the pipe that has to go out the window (no hole drilled in the wall) which means the window has to stay open. It was incredibly noisy and a hot, uncomfortable night. Some maintenance issues which we reported at check out. Some design issues and total lack of practical thought but cannot do anything about that.
