Nos encantó el tamaño del apartamento, ideal para una familia, la zona es muy tranquila, a pasos de la zona comercial. Nos dejaron muchos electrodomésticos, entre ellos tostadora, mini pimer, dos cafeteras. Impecable todo

Que no tenía aire acondicionado, la ducha resulta muy pequeña y al ser 1 er piso a la calle es un poco ruidoso

The location is conveniently located near the pedestrian escalator, so it's easy access coming up from Old Town.
While location is convenient, the first floor apartment is really noisy. Perhaps this is a feature of Bilbao city, rubbish trunk were collecting rubbish all the time and any time of the day. The noise of the trunk, the noise of the motor lifting the garbage boxes, and the shouting of the workers... It was really really loud even if you close the windows. And it's August, hot summer, you can't really close all windows to sleep... And all the beds in the house were squeaking...

"The apartment was well located in a residential area but only 15 mins walk downhill to the old town. On the walk back up one of the street has 4 escalators at the steeper point so it was effortless.
