Very close to the centre of Bilbao , maybe 150m from the Nervion River . 2/3 supermarkets very close and a very friendly small bar 2 doors away .Matiko Railway Station 300m away gave us easy access to Deba and Zumaia both small charming towns on the coast .
A bit noisy early morning with dust carts and delivery vans but we were very close to shops and supermarkets

L'emplacement est idéal à proximité des commerces et du musée Guggenheim. Il est bien équipé (lave linge, lave vaisselle) petit balcon et le garage pour la voiture c'est top.
La literie, le matelas double et un des matelas simple sont creusés.

It was in an excellent quiet location. We were able to walk to most to all the places we planned to visit.
It needs some up dating and refurbishment. Additional comfortable seating in the living space would work well.

"The nice and modern appartment witch is very near to the Guggenheim museum. An advantage is that the appartment has a garage (although in the nest street).
