The apartment is very nice and has 3 bedrooms and quite some spacious living room. The style is cute and overall everything is in great condition.
It was a bit disappointing to find such a nice apartment with very bad quality towels (more to collect dust than water), so small, and even some towels were missing. One of the bathrooms did not have hand soap which is basic, and the shower would get clogged and water would overflow, making a mess. The door lock is quite weird and sometimes we had to try multiple times for it to work (lock/unlock from the phone).

Sehr zentrale Lage. Wie in den Fotos beschrieben neue Ausstattung inklusive Internetfernseher. Leider keine Klimaanlage. Haben wir aber nie gebraucht.
Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Waren per WhatsApp immer sofort erreichbar. Haben kleine Pröblemchen wie z.B. verstopfte Dusche innerhalb von 30 Minuten behoben.
Wohnung ist im 1 Stock und direkt unterhalb ist die Bushaltestelle, aber Dank schalldichte Fenster haben wir kaum was gehört.
Leider waren wir in den Fiestas von Bilbao dort und der Nachbar über uns kam mitten in der Nacht nach Hause und wir hörten jeden Schritt und das laufende Wasser.

Very good location, close to the river, between the Old Town and Guggenheim museum. There are many grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Apartment is clean, kitchen is fully equipped. Windows to the East help in warm days.
While it is generally very quiet in the building, it gets a bit noisy in the mornings, as bus stop is just below the apartment. On the other hand it is very convenient to have the bus so close (public transportation works very well in Bilbao).
