Location and facilities were very good. Close to everything and had everything we needed.
Nothing property was very good. Old decor but in keeping with the area being in the old town. Communal hall not as good as the property itself but over all no complaints as the property comfortable and plenty of space.

Key collection worked well, with only downside being that you must collect keys from the apartment prior to parking in the optional parking space. Apartment was comfortable apart from nearby very loud construction (I have no idea the length of the project, and will not affect all stays)
No directions or instructions given to find the optional parking (address only, must drive on pedestrian way); and they were not responsive to text or phone calls requesting assistance. Recommended to use public parking - it's closer, easier, has more space to maneuver. 3rd bedroom had no access to air with only a very small opening in the window.

El apartamento está en una ubicación fantástica para disfrutar del centro de Bilbao y del ambiente festivo. Pese al bullicio exterior, la insonorización es realmente buena y apenas se escucha ruido dentro, lo cual se agradece mucho. En general, la vivienda está en buenas condiciones.
Como puntos a mejorar, la experiencia del check-in fue algo caótica: el anfitrión tuvo el buen detalle de ofrecernos entrar antes de la hora oficial (las 16:00), pero al llegar a las 15:00 el piso no estaba listo. El equipo de limpieza terminó yéndose casi a las 17:00 y además olvidaron dejar las toallas, por lo que tuvimos que reclamarlas.
También convendría revisar el mantenimiento de los baños (el soporte del cabezal de la ducha no se sostenía) y facilitar un segundo juego de llaves físicas; el sistema de apertura digital funciona bien, pero puede resultar poco accesible o complejo para personas mayores o no habituadas a la tecnología.
En resumen, un buen alojamiento que con un poco más de coordinación en la recepción y pequeños detalles de mantenimiento sería de 10.
