El apartamento estaba muy bien para nosotros dos, es tal y como se ve en las fotos, estaba muy bien ubicado y limpio.
Lo malo, es que es un bajo interior, sin luz de calle y sin ver el tiempo que hacia, estabas siempre con luz artificial

B48 easily exceeded pur expectations, the location is perfect, close to everything in Bilbao, with a great view of the city and close to restaurants and the an historic center. The apartment is nicely decorated, and super clean. B48 is eager to make your stay very good, they even helped in securing parking close to the apartment.
The B48 signage is small, not easy to see, and although GPS lead us to the address, it took a while to find it, it is a busy avenue, dropping the luggage a little inconvenient, regardless, I definitely would stay there again.

Perfecto, buena ubicación, eso si hay que tener el parking cogido con antelación pues el apartamento está en calle principal y no se puede parar
Por poner alguna pega, la hora de entrada es a las 3, y hasta esa hora no te dicen el apartamento y si quieres antes la entrada tienes que pagar
Aceptan mascotas y un poquito cara aunque te ponen cama para el

Centrally located, about 2 min walk from the main Bilbao train station (if you're traveling from Madrid or Barcelona). Comfortable beds. Great combo washer/dryer. Kitchen was small but came with the usual so we were able to have a few breakfast and dinners. Nice, strong A/Cs (once fixed) for the warm weather. Self-serve lockers (first come first serve, only 2 lockers for 6 or so units) enough to fit 3 carry-on luggages and 1 slim backpacks) were available for us to store our luggage on our last day before leaving Bilbao.
Our apartment (Unit 101) was very loud. We were woken up by pedestrians at 4am and 6am pretty much everyday that we stayed at the apartment. No idea why those pedestrians felt the need to shout and scream at odd hours in the morning. The apartment was also quite cramped (yes, size of the apartment was listed but felt much smaller than expected)--once the sofa was unfolded into a sofa bed, there was basically no room left in the kitchen/dining room/living room space. Also, our apartment came with a faulty A/C that was leaking water and a bathroom drainage that was backed up consistently. To their credit, the local team was friendly and got the A/C fixed the next day. The drainage issue wasn't fixed despite them coming to clean it out--we just had to watch the water level as we're showering. Finally, it felt like there wasn't any bathroom fans (and no windows either) so the family had to endure one another's bathroom visits... Regarding the A/C issue, they were kind enough to refund part of the cost of the rental, so all-in-all I'm satisfied with their response.
