The location and helpful staff along with the delicious breakfast. Could not have asked for better

Great location, it is possible to walk to all the main areas and attractions which is a lovely way to explore the city but the train and bus stations are also close. It felt like a very safe area. A small room with lovely tall ceilings, clean and comfortable and big enough for the 2 of us. The air con worked really well which was very welcome in the heat.
The shower was a bit temperamental and could go suddenly from very hot to very cold but there was always enough hot water so only a minor problem

Communication was great and apartment was spotlessly clean and easy to access if you follow the online instructions clearly.
The apartment block was noisy at night. Due to the layout, there was not any sound proofing for people in the hallways and other guests didn’t seem to think about keeping noise levels down in the public spaces.
Also, light seeps through the doorway so if you need pitch black to sleep, it’s not possible here.
