Working professionals seeking a work from home getaway will find all the amenities needed to make their stay comfortable. The space is also available to film and photo professionals seeking a studio to capture lifestyle photos and films in a home with multiples backdrops to choose from. Guests who book the entire house have access to all bedrooms, living, dining, and common areas. Minutes from John Hopkins, Downtown Baltimore’s dining and attractions, and some of Baltimore's most affluent neighborhoods - Mid - Town Belvedere and Mount Vernon. For medical professionals, travel nurses, family visiting loved ones and/or receiving medical care etc. We are within 5 minutes to several medical hospitals and schools to include John Hopkins Hospital, Mercy Medical Center, Kennedy Krieger Institute, Baltimore VA Medical Center, and The University of Maryland Medical Center. Easily accessible to the Washington DC metro area’s George Washington Hospital, MedStar Washington Hospital Center, MedStar Georgetown, Howard Hospital, and other area hospitals in DC, MD and VA. Close to Washington DC’s downtown attractions, the US Capitol, and Northern VA area attractions, shops, and dining. Hotel-styled hidden gem, with a long history of hosting medical professionals and travel nurses visiting town in need of a nice stay away from home. CLEANLINESS Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guests must remove any equipment/furniture you bring in when you move out. Please take care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc..) will be billed to the credit card on file. Please load dirty dishes in dishwasher. Check closets for your belongings; and the stove, microwave and oven for food before departure. Read House manual to guide you during check out. CATERING SERVICES Catering services available upon request. Guest must submit inquiry for catering services at the time of booking. Same day bookings are excluded from catering services. TRASH COLLECTION The City of Baltimore Trash pickup is every Wednesday. Please make sure you don't keep trash bags behind or in front of the house on non-trash pickup days. Trash bins are to be stored behind the house, and inside the bins on non-trash days. Trash can be taken to the curb on the night before trash pickups days (Tuesday night), if you choose to dispose of the trash yourself. Recycle pickups are on every other Friday. If you want to dispose of your recycles, please store recycles in the recycle bins located at the rear of the house. ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES The use or involvement of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property and may result in law enforcement participation. SMOKING No Smoking in and around property will result in $300 desmoking fee charged to the credit card on file. NOISE Quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am. No shoes in the house ( Shoe racks are located at the front entrance and in living room closet) SECURITY Secured home with an alarm system and monitored security cameras. HOME TECHNOLOGY Fully equipped with tech features: Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, office desks (in each room), multi-outlets with USB ports to handle multiple equipment, Sonos blue tooth speaker, a large chalkboard wall and dry erase board for team meetings, games and so much more. PETS Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. Guest must notify us of their intent to bring pets. We need to know the breed of pet at the time of booking. We can comfortably accommodate 2 pets, but can accommodate more on a case by case basis. Please contact us prior to booking. If you plan for additional pets and/or an extended stay, please notify us at the time of booking, so that we can adjust the total price for your stay. The following Pet fees will apply: Base rate: $25 per pet, each night Short term stays (1-4 nights:) $50 flat fee/night Mid term stays (5-14 night): $25 per night, per pet Long Terms stays (28 nights or more): We will cap the total pet fee per booking at $250.00 for guests who plan to book a longer stay. So no worries!!! Pet disloyalty fee If a pet is found on the premises without notification to the owner, we will request a pet disloyalty fee of $200 via Airbnb resolution to be charged to the guest. Please notify us of your intent to bring pets prior to first day of your stay and/or at booking. Pet Safe Space policy Please bring a cage or kennel to help anxious pets to adjust to being in a new space. Please also be mindful of this when deciding to leave pets at home during your stay. Please leave pets in cage or kennel to prevent anxious behavior which could cause damage to the property and/or become a safety concern. Pet Grooming - Safety for Hardwood floors We love our beautiful hardwood floors, and we hope you love them too!! Saying that, we understand that out pet claws might cause damage to the hardwood floors if preventive actions are taken by owners. Please make sure that your pet nails are trimmed and/or groomed prior to your stay. This is vital to protecting the quality of the hardwood floors in the home. Pet waste Please read and understand the following policy: 1) USE POOP BAGS for your pet waste 2) SECURE POOP BAGS and place in Green Trash Bin only. The trash bin is located behind the house. 3) When taking dogs outside to relieve themselves, there is a large green open space located directly across the street, that you can use. 4) DISPOSE OF POOP BAGS in the trash can by the green open space. If you're closer to the house, please secure poop bags and dispose in the green trash bin located behind the house. 5) RESPECT THE NEIGHBORS Property. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT POLICY Check-in is 4:00pm-9:00pm. Prior to booking, please communicate with owner if you anticipate you will arrive after the check-in window. We encourage guests to reserve the night before to ensure they will have the leisure of arriving before the normal check-in time. Guests also have the option of requesting early check-in, up to three hours before normal check-in (1pm-4pm) at a hourly rate of $20 per hour. I.e. early check-in at 1:00pm= $20x3=$60. Late check-out will result in a fee of $30 per hour after 10:30am. The 10 am check out time is established to ensure seamless turnover and preparation by our turnover team to prepare the home for the next guest. HOUSE GUEST CAPACITY Guests are expected to inform the owner of the number of guests at the time of booking. The maximum guests capacity is 13 people. If during booking, it is determined that the number of guests exceeded 13 people, the credit card on file will be charged an additional guests violation fee of $35 per additional guest. MISCELLANEOUS No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame allowed on site. Thank you for respecting our rules, and we look forward to hosting you!
