The original Spanish architecture has been preserved while offering modern upgrades & conveniences. This 209 sqft queen-bed unit has a flat-screen smart TV with streaming, casting, or Airplay features and a Samsung split heating/AC system for ultimate comfort. A private en-suite bath with a rain shower and a kitchenette with Nespresso, microwave & mini fridge complete this stay in Santa Barbara. NOISE DISCLAIMER: This unit is below the upper units. It is possible to hear noises coming from above you. We notify the upstairs guests of this and ask them always to respect their noise level to avoid disturbing downstairs guests. Should you have any issues with this, please call us on our dedicated hospitality line, and we will contact the guests above to remedy the situation immediately. *NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm-8 am.* *PETS: ONLY 1 PET ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA's). A $50/pet fee will apply; pets can not be left unattended in your room. Pets brought onsite without permission/payment are subject to a $250 fine.* *Our cleaning fee includes professional cleaning of the unit and outdoor space. As part of The Living Wage Pledge, we are committed to paying our cleaners fairly. A living wage is a minimum income necessary for someone to meet their basic needs and participate in their community.* *To support sustainable tourism and reduce our carbon footprint, we provide Public Goods toiletries, compostable sponges, trash bags, and green cleaning products.* ## Access This is a self-serve stay. We provide contactless self-check-in. The doors are all equipped with smart locks, and a unique code will be generated and sent to you on check-in day. Parking and EV charging (shared amenity): Casa Jardin offers free guest parking in its private parking lot at the back of the property. Please use free street parking if the lot is full. One parking spot per unit on a first-come, first-serve basis. EV chargers are available for guests to use during their stay. Two shared J1772 chargers are mounted on the left side of the parking lot. Two shared Tesla chargers are located on the right side of the parking area. Please bring your own adaptor if needed, and please disconnect when not charging to allow other guests access to the chargers. Casa Jardin does not monitor parking spot use and we are unable to request guests to move their vehicles. ## Tech This complex does not have live TV service. All TVs have apps (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, and Amazon Video) for your streaming pleasure. The property has gigabit wifi, and the unit has a private network for guests to cast directly onto the TV. ## Interaction This is a self-serve stay. We are an off-site host, there is no front desk, and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality department in case of emergencies. ## Neighborhood Located within walking distance to nearly all restaurants and retail stores on the State Street corridor, 20+ tasting rooms, 10+ breweries, and countless choices for eating or drinking make this an ideal location for anything that may bring you to the world-renowned Santa Barbara Coast. ## Transit Santa Barbara Transit Center is five blocks away. ## Notes For security, there are cameras on the exterior of the building.

Amazing place to stay at in Santa Barbara with zero contact with anyone from admin which was great. VERY aesthetically pleasing!

Stayed the night at Casa Jardin after a day at the beach and seeing the Foo Fighters at Santa Barbara Bowl. Easy walk to the bowl, and for downtown nightlife. Comfortable room with fridge, microwave, sink, dishware. Cute garden feel in a quiet neighborhood.

This is one of the coolest hotels I've ever stayed in, I loved how simple and automated everything was, clean, modern, easy in-out and a great location. Looking forward to staying here again.

The place was the cleanest that I've seen recently and everything was brand new. All the basic amenities that you could ask for were there including basic listed appliances (not the washer/dryer). couple of things to note. - The lock code works but you have to be delicate with pulling the lever to gain entry, do not twist and/or yank it to open the door. - Thermostat works but you have to go to settings before you can select heat and then adjust temperature. - The parking could have some gravel added to fix a little puddle or two that built with rain. Overall, a great place, that is conveniently located within walking distance of the courthouse and other places anyone would want to visit.
