The apartment is located very close to a relatively big train station, a couple of minutes away from a bus stop, and just some minutes from the historic center in Trastevere. There is also a supermarket next door. The AI assistant was in fact very useful, and I was always quickly transferred to talk to a real person when I needed it. Every question I had was properly and quickly answered. The apartment was big enough for four adults staying for several days, very clean, and well maintained. Next time I travel to Rome, I will for sure look for a Numa Rome apartment.

The place was immaculately clean. It matched the photos on Booking.com. Very close to public transport that took us to the main tourist sites. Lots of shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby, which was quite handy. We enjoyed the weekend markets, which were right in front of the accommodation.

I liked that the rooms were spacious and the connectivity to public transport was good
I didn't like the air conditioning system which was switched off by management as per the process they follow. Ideally they should program the ac system as per the daily weather. It was very warm in the room and we had to request for two fans which they provided. The temprature in the rooms when we stayed was between 24-26 degrees.
