The house is beautiful, cosy, authentic and as a cherry on the cake fully off the grid. Really nice experience!
It was a challenging drive to get to the house, which was doable/easy with our 4x4, but good to double check before booking (not a negative comment, more a warning)

C'est un endroit parfaitement isolé, sur les montagnes, entouré de nature et d'un calme incomparable. Un cadre agréable. Rénovation et mobiliers très authentiques. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié l'accueil bienveillant et amical d'Alberta, la propriétaire, et de sa famille. L'endroit invite aux promenades, aux visites de villages bucoliques des environs. La ville de Pampelune n'est qu'à 45 minutes de voiture et San Sebastian n'est qu'à une heure. Nous recommandons vivement.

Brilliant if you like rural but must accept the long forest drive of say 1.5miles and the fascinating water and electricity supplies which sometimes required a little patience. Great experience but not for those who demand slick modern.
All very good for us but see my note abopve.

El sitio muy bonito.
No me gusto que al reservar en booking no especificaba que cobraban por las mascotas, estuvimos dos noches, 28 euros por que la perra durmiera allí. . Después, no había jabón en la ducha, ni jabón para las manos, ni un vaso para los cepillos de dientes. Ni suficiente iluminación en las habitaciones, tampoco mosquiteras, tuvimos que comprar un mata mosquitos de enchufar.Te cobran por todp, cocina 15€, plancha, lavadora 12€ . Te exigían que llevarás algo para que durmiera la mascota y no dejara pelos. No hacen limpieza de la habitación cada dia.
