Superb apartment on the 5th floor with amazing views of the cathedral and city rooftops from the outside balcony/patio. Excellent facilities and we really appreciated the aircon as it was around 38C outside! Great central location and just a short walk to the old town and beaches

Wonderful place! Appreciate the snack and drinks, very well stocked. Quiet, but very convenient and great location. Parking situation very easy and a real perk!

Appartamento bello, pulito, ben attrezzato e ottimamente posizionato in centro per raggiungere le migliori attrazioni di San Sebastián.
Purtroppo al nostro arrivo abbiamo riscontrato qualche disagio logistico. Il parcheggio (situato in una struttura piuttosto vicina a circa 50-100 metri) non era raggiungibile a causa di diverse strade chiuse e della viabilità modificata per una manifestazione ciclistica annuale. Non avendolo saputo in anticipo nelle informazioni di check-in, è stato molto complicato gestire l'auto con tutti i bagagli, dato che non si poteva nemmeno sostare temporaneamente nella via, e abbiamo dovuto aspettare le 18:00 per accedere. Inoltre, anche se l'appartamento all'interno è molto bello, l'edificio è un pò datato e potrebbe essere tenuto meglio negli spazi comuni e la serratura d'ingresso era malfunzionante e talvolta difficoltosa da azionare . L'host inizialmente ci ha suggerito di rientrare entro le 22:00 nel caso volessimo evitare il rischio di rimanere chiusi fuori senza assistenza; fortunatamente, dopo aver espresso le nostre comprensibili perplessità, si è attivato per offrirci una soluzione alternativa nel caso avessimo avuto problemi di accesso . Nel complesso l'appartamento merita, ma questi inconvenienti hanno condizionato l'esperienza , la comodità del soggiorno e la percezione del rapporto qualità-prezzo.
