Things to Note: • Please respect our neighbors, wildlife and the peaceful atmosphere that Joshua Tree is known for. Noise travels very easily in the open spaces of the desert. • Quiet hours in Joshua Tree are from 10pm to 8am. • Box on the Rox maintains 3 security cameras on property located on the front entry gate, front RING doorbell, and rear of the property. No cameras are inside the home. No cameras are pointed at the home, patio or front yard for guest privacy. • No more than 6 guests can be at the property • No parties • No smoking or vaping or drug use

The attention to detail was appreciated . The color palette (blue /orange ) was pleasing interior and exterior. Lots of space and spots for quietness. The neighborhood is also devoid for the most part of city noises. Great place to contemplate, read and just relax.

Huge fan of this property. Home is spacious and just-remote enough where you feel off the grid, but are close enough to everything you need to have a terrific stay. Highly recommend!
