I had questions before my stay and the staff was very helpful. They were all very friendly. The woman who showed us around you could tell liked her job and the hotel. The manager grew up in the area so it was nice to talk to him.
We had drinks in the hot tub and the staff was sure to come and start the sauna to ensure it was hot for us.
Nothing we didn't like just a couple ideas. A couple more hooks in the room for hanging things like the robes they provide and towels. They have hooks in bathroom but we ran out.
They provided slip on sandals to wear to the hot tub which was a great idea, only problem was all of our feet were way too small. :) so a few smaller pairs would be great.
A little more alcohol in the drinks. They are expensive but didn't taste like alcohol.

This hotel is one of the most beautiful I've stayed in in voss, the owner is very friendly and kind, and the breakfast is delicious and very elegant despite the limited variety of options.

This is one of the nicest places we have stayed in . Perfect location, attentive and welcoming staff and our accomodation was lovely with stunning views .

Great location and beautiful design. Hot tubs and sauna were really great.
The breakfast was poor and very rude staff on the first day. Food and service were ongoing issues through our stay. We had a bad breakfast experience, undercooked chicken with lunch and hugely oversalted dinner to the point it was inedible.
No compensation was offered for any of this bad experience. The hotel didn’t charge for the inedible meals but given they ruined our last night on top of multiple previous issues (the room was also not serviced) I feel they should have made more of an effort to compensate us.
