The location was good. It was close to the town center of Picton and the harbour. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The property was clean. Apart from the leaves right in the corner outside of the front door which should have been swept away.
The bedrooms were small and they have sloping ceilings, same on the top of the stairs. You will hit your head. We all did. We are not even tall! There were only 3 mugs, 1 breakfast bowl and no side plates. I checked with the owner prior to our arrival that tea was provided. However, there were only peppermint tea bags.
The kettle was rusty so we used a saucepan to boil water. The owner mentioned he has a team of management to look after the property. We thought some of those items should have been replaced or provided.

It was close to town, clean and served our purposes.
The slant grooves that I hit my head on twice despite the warnings..
