Extremely spacious room, very clean, definitely an underrated establishment!
Only downside was the small breakfast menu, consisting of an omlette, yogurt, and small cereal box’s. Other than that it was a lovely stay, and I will definitely be going back.

Location near St. Pancras Station. Room clean.
Very small room. General Hotel condition outside room not too clean. Stains on carpet. Marks on walls etc.

Location is great, but too many issues to overlook
The hotel has a very convenient location - I walked almost everywhere and really appreciated that. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable, and the little touches like tea, coffee and biscuits in the room were a lovely detail.
However, there were several issues that significantly affected my stay.
Breakfast was disappointing. The omelette was overpowered by pepper, topped with a cherry tomato half, and the croissants were hard and clearly not fresh. Despite having breakfast included in my booking every day, I ended up going to a nearby café each morning instead.
WiFi was practically non-existent - I measured just 4 Mbps in my room, which made it impossible to work or even video call my family. I raised this with staff multiple times and each time received a smile and a "sorry, nothing we can do." I had to go to other places every day just to use the internet. If there is no reliable WiFi in the rooms, please state that clearly - for many guests, including myself, this is essential.
The bathroom extractor fan ran constantly and loudly - not only when the light was on. When I reported it, I was told it would turn off automatically, then that it had always been like that, and finally that they could disconnect it entirely. None of these were acceptable solutions.
There is no telephone in the room - for any question or issue you have to go down to reception in person.
The iron provided was old and dirty - it left a permanent mark on my brand new skirt. This is simply not acceptable.
The windows face a busy street - if you open them, the traffic noise is very loud.
