Excellent breakfast cooked to order, good selection, fabulous fresh fruit salad, everything wholesome. Amazing views of Bristol Channel. Hotel on the coast path to Valley of rocks. Lounge area had large selection of books, games, puzzles a piano and spectacular views. Hotel very clean and welcoming, as to, were the hosts, nothing as too much trouble. Adults only and we could open the windows to let in the sea breeze.

We have stayed in many hotels and apartments in Lynton/Lynmouth over the years and this is by far the best of them all.
We stayed in the superior king size room with a lovely sea view ,nice comfortable bed , bath and shower both great , good WiFi , tv channels with Netflix etc .
The hosts Annie and Sam were very welcoming and friendly.
There is also an honesty box downstairs with alcohol , sweets and snacks.
Very quiet and with the most perfect breakfast .
Breakfast =Good choice of cereals, Greek yoghurt and fresh fruit followed by cooked breakfast to order toast , great coffee and juice . Couldn’t fault it .Keeps you going for the whole day ).
Central to all the nearby walks eg Valley of the Rocks , Cliff railway and Watersmeet riverside walk and tearooms .
We highly recommend and will definitely be back .

Clean and comfortable room with a fantastic view. The breakfast was nothing less than superb on every occasion. Lovely hosts… Thank you both Sam and Annie.
Nothing not to like … only one point for future consideration would be a small dressing table and stool with a mirror in room 3 for travelling ladies.
