The location was excellent, and the room itself was clean and in good condition. Everything was fine regarding the accom

The only positive aspect of this accommodation was the location. The rooms were clean, and the property itself was in acceptable condition. However, the customer service was extremely poor. The main problem was the lack of communication and support. They do not respond when guests need help, and replies come too late to actually solve problems. I informed them in advance that I would arrive after midnight, between 1:00 AM and 2:00 AM, and they assured me that there would be no problem with a late check-in. In reality, I arrived and could not enter the courtyard or the apartment because I did not receive any check-in instructions. They claim that the instructions were sent, but I never received them. Instead of accepting responsibility and apologizing, they blame the customer for a problem caused by their own failure. I had to wait approximately five hours at night because of this situation. Later, I also had difficulties with the air conditioning and Wi-Fi. I contacted them for assistance, but the responses were delayed, and the problems were not resolved quickly. The biggest disappointment is their attitude: they do not take responsibility, they do not apologize, and they try to shift the blame onto the guest instead of fixing their service failures. A good location and clean rooms cannot compensate for such poor customer service and lack of support. I believe this situation requires a refund for the first night and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.

What I find most disappointing is not only the lack of service, but also the fact that the hosts are not taking responsibility for their mistakes. Before my arrival, I clearly informed them that I would be arriving after midnight, between 1:00 AM and 2:00 AM. I was told that there would be no problem with a late check-in. However, when I arrived, I faced serious problems. I could not enter the courtyard or access the apartment because I did not receive any check-in instructions. The hosts claim that they sent the instructions, but this is not true — I never received them. Instead of acknowledging their mistake and apologizing, they are blaming the customer for a problem caused by their own failure to provide the necessary information. Because of this, I had to wait outside for around five hours during the night, without any possibility of entering the accommodation and without receiving timely assistance. Later, I also had problems with the air conditioning because there were no clear instructions on how to use it. I contacted them, but the response came too late. The same situation happened with the Wi-Fi: I could not connect, I asked for help, but the response was delayed and the problem was not solved promptly. The biggest issue is their attitude: they do not solve problems, they only respond late and try to shift the responsibility onto the guest. They continue to insist that instructions were provided, although I did not receive them, and they have not even offered a proper apology for the inconvenience and stress they caused. I expect Booking.com to take this situation seriously. The first night was severely affected by their lack of organization, communication, and responsibility. I request a refund for the first night and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Acomodação espaçosa, confortável. São dois quartos independentes, um com cama de casal, sofá cama e banheiro e o outro quarto com sofá cama, banheiro e uma cozinha. A acomodação fica muito próximo a Estação Termini o que foi um facilitador para locomoção.

Apesar da facilidade de estarmos ao lado Estação Termini ser muito boa, ela foi uma região que não nos passou uma impressão de muita segurança ao caminhar nas ruas próximas.
