Proximity to metro stations L3 and L5, safe area, grocery stores 30 meters away.
The apartment is not well maintained, the inner doors cannot be closed, it is very loud during the night, you can hear every noise. Even the house entrance doors were blocked and 20 people were waiting somebody to come from inside of the building and open the doors.

Very good location, fairly spacious.
Acess is with an old elevator, which is quite small, rooms have minimal storage space, there was noise at 12 am from other Sweett apartments and when I wrote them I got an AI agent that did not help, CRAZY expensive for what it offfers.

Efficient process with keyless entry, extended check out etc. Size of apartment fine.
A case of ‘looks better in the pictures’. Like the colourful and arty feel but hides some pretty basic furnishing, tired decor and more fundamentally a few things falling apart. Kitchen cupboard door almost fell off, bed frame broken so loud creaking on any small movement.
