A very nice hotel. It has an excellent location—the airport shuttle bus stops right nearby, and there is a metro station literally in front of the hotel. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is quite spacious. There is a rooftop bar with a swimming pool, from where you can watch the singing fountains in the evening (provided they are running during your stay). Some of the rooms also offer this view. The staff is polite and helpful. You can also leave your luggage at the hotel if you have a long wait before your flight after checking out. I recommend!

Good location not far from the railway station. Buses and metro a short step away.
The breakfast was very good quality.
The main restaurant ( the name began with F) was overpriced, the menu was pretentious. During three weeks touring Spain this was our worst eating experience.

The location is just perfect and central! The most amazing staff! From entering the hotel you are greeted with a smile and a hello/ola. The hotel smells like a spa. Breakfast was superb but the rooftop bar/pool is the icing on the cake
That my trip was too short

Not what it used to be.
I first came here in 2017 and have been 5 times total, this was the worst time... the pool area was far too busy, they have removed sun loungers so people were laying on a towel on the floor. Not what I expected and I'll never come again.
