At rommet som var ment til 3 personer kun hadde 2 dyner, 2 håndduker og 2 slåbroker. Dette måtte etterleveres etter vårt ønske.

スタッフが親切で最高の滞在になった。部屋も綺麗でサービスが良かった。無料の予約制のサウナも清潔で心地よかった。カサバトリョやカサミラにも歩いて行けたし空港までのバス乗り場までもあるいていけた。高級ブティックのメインストリートを歩いてまっすぐなので治安も良いし立地もサービスもこれ以上ない。またここに泊まりたい。誕生日当日だったのですがこちらから何もリクエストしていないのに、朝フロントでお誕生日おめでとうと声をかけてくれたり、部屋にミニケーキが置かれていた。私は何より手書きのメッセージが嬉しかった。

We LOVED our stay here. As a family of four, the family room was very comfortable, and even had a sliding partition that could separate the room for times when our kids' video games were too loud for us! We found the location excellent, on a really lovely and quiet street and just one block from so many eateries on Rambla de Catalunya. It was also just one block away from the central street of Passage de Gracia which has loads of shopping and eateries. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was decorated in a lovely way.

One minor complaint was the mattress on the sofa bed was not as comfortable as the main bed, which was extremely comfortable!

Great Hotel for Being in the Middle of Ammenities

We decided to upgrade to a suite and it was perfect and beautifully designed. The hotel is in a fantastic area in terms of restaurants and shopping. The front desk staff were really kind and helpful.

The pool was much smaller than we expected.

Nice hotel, good service.

Room was nice and clean. Depsite the hotel being located in a very busy area, we had no issues during the night. We slept well without having to endure the noice from outside. The location was perfect for us as we explored the city by public transport. All landmarks and points of interest were connected with the metro station just outside of the hotel. We often walked from the hotel to the city center for some shopping too. Enough space for 2 adults and 1 child in the room. AC was working well. Bathroom was clean and everything worked properly. Staff was very helpfull and friendly.

Bed was a bit too soft for me. Breakfast had not a lots of choice. You will need to leave your roomkey at the front desk which is fine by me. But when you want to collect the key to go back to the room, it can take some time when there is a queue at the frond desk.

Perfect location, comfortable stay and great staff.

Great location - very centrally located so walkable to tourist destinations such as Casa Battlo and metro very close by, friendly and helpful staff. Nice restaurant and rooftop bar.

Breakfast was overpriced for the selection available it came in at 19€ and was quite limited.

Great hotel, great staff and location. Very clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and welcoming.

Part of the rooms turn to an intern patio. When you open the window, there is no air coming from outside. I recommend the room with wiew to the city. We where upgraded and it was perfect.

Great location in a beautiful city with efficient, friendly and helpful staff.

The location of the hotel is just perfect for sightseeing in Barcelona. Everything is close and two metro stations just round the corner which gives you quick access everywhere in Barcelona. The reception staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful in all aspects. Nothing is a problem for them. They can recommend and book for you the restaurants, sightseeing tours, etc.

I like most of the things but wouldn't mind to have a bit more comfortable pillows in the bed, albeit my wife was fine with them.

Excellent facilities, service and location. Faultless experience

Fantastic hotel with friendly staff that were always happy to go the extra mile to help. We were a group of 3 that ideally needed 3 single beds but the room we had was a double and a single but Roberta quickly arranged to have this swapped to 3 singles without any hassle. Comfortable beds and clean rooms, rooftop terrace have some great views over the city as well as a relaxing place to wind down in the evening. Excellent location also as las rambla can be walked to within 15 minutes. Would always choose this hotel whenever returning to Barcelona
