Location was amazing. All our interactions with the people were great. Pia checked us in and also did our massages. She is an amazing masseuse and we highly recommend her. Our hot tub and outside ocean view were incredible. Just what we expected from a rainforest stay.
We checked all items in the room and found half of the switches didn't work, including the large A/C unit in the back room. We notified the office and within a couple of minutes the A/C turned on and all the switches worked. We went out for the day and when we came back the A/C was off. A circuit breaker was tripping and was unable to be repaired during our stay. Fortunately it was relatively cool during our stay so not having the A/C wasn't a huge issue. However with the premium price we paid it was disappointing not to have everything working like it should.
