fantastically located accommodation in the middle of nature. Very warm welcome. We received many useful tips upon check-in. The retreat can only be reached by car, but it's easily accessible. You'll find a little paradise there. The small town of Paia is about 20 minutes away and offers nice restaurants and cafes. We would come back.
We liked it very much, but you have to be aware that everything is kept quite simple, it is not a luxury resort

Sehr ruhige und wunderschöne Lage der Unterkunft. Die Besitzer und das Personal sind sehr zuvorkommend und bemüht!
Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, der Müll könnte öfter ausgeleert werden. Nicht alle Gäste putzen sauber nach der Benützung des Herdes und der Abwasch.

Maui Eco Retreat liegt an einem der schönsten Orte, die ich je besucht habe. Die Natur, der Sonnenaufgang, die Wanderung zum privaten Wasserfall und zu dem Pazifik, den man an dieser Stelle nur vom Retreat erreichen kann, wird mir in unvergesslicher Erinnerung bleiben. Dieser Ort ist ein Beispiel wie gesunder Tourismus sein sollte.
Mein Aufenthalt war definitiv zu kurz. Nächstes Mal werde ich auf jeden Fall eine Woche bleiben und den Sonnenaufgang jeden Morgen geniessen.
