El desayuno abundante, la atención y calidez de todo el personal, y la habitación frente al mar, hermosa y súper amplia. El baño también era muy espacioso. El lugar es un verdadero paraíso. La comida, todo… ¡fue perfecto!

Habitación muy amplia. Las dos playas que tiene. Milena es la única persona que nos ayudó en el hotel y que es una empleada de 10.
En el check in no nos informaron de un seguro obligatorio que incluyen con las estancia. Tuvimos un pequeño accidente en una actividad que realizamos con el guía del hotel (Néstor). Nosotras habíamos visto un puesto de primeros auxilios pero según el guía no estaba abierto 24 h. Al ir a recepción a otra cosa y contarle a Milena lo sucedido, nos informó del seguro y llamó al paramédico para atendernos (sí que es 24 h). Los empleados del bar/restaurante están hablando entre ellos y parece que les molesta cuando les pides algo. Incluso nos quisieron cobrar más de lo que ponía en la carta por una bebida.

The beach is very beautiful and location is great. It’s one of the rare hotel having such a beautiful and quite big beach, and it even has two beaches !
The value for money is very poor. Room la are way too expansive compared to how the room is, there is only basic bathroom and basic bed which not really comfortable. Sun-beds are not cleaned everyday and are full of sand which is not a problem but I expected a higher standard for such a room price.
