駅前でアクセスは良好です。施設も新しいのかとても清潔感があって良いです。アメニティも充実していて、困り事はありません。
フリーWiFiはほぼ繋がらないです。

スタッフの人がみな親切。朝食も品数は少ないながら、薄味で美味しかったです。給仕の女性も大変親切で暖かく、さすが、天理教のお膝元と感心しました。
タオルも寝巻きも新しく清潔で、嬉しかったです。

1部屋２人利用でセミダブル部屋を予約したのですが部屋のアメニティーは全て１人分だけの用意でチェックイン時に案内はなくその都度自分でフロントに電話で聞いて取りに行った。チェックイン時に無いものを言ってくれるか、１人分しかない事を伝えてくれるとその場で必要なものがもらえたのに。
