It was very cozy and had a great location
The bed is very comfortable and the rooms are very clean!
The entrance shoe box smelled really bad, is not fault of the owner but it was unpleasant

The room was comfortable. It had A/C that could go to a nice temperature for sleeping. It was not far from many sights.
Voices echoed and it smelled like sweat.

Perfect for a one or two night stay travelling with backpack. Rooms are small if using suitcases. Location close to shops and Nara Park

Just very close to all the attractions
Quiet though very thin walls to the next room.
Hardly anybody there
It seemed that nobody felt responsible for general maintenance
Ashtray was always full
Smelly shoes close to the sitting area
It lacked a manager
