Great place to stay. Lisa and Michael are great hosts. Rooms very cosy and spotless. Beds are very comfortable. Looking forward to our next stay at Portland House.

The Portland House is fantastic value for money. The room was clean and attractively decorated. The owner of the property was extremely friendly and helpful. We would stay here again without a doubt.

Very friendly host, tea and cake on arrival at 9pm which was very welcome. No breakfast available but less than a minute away an excellent cafe with a wide variety of breakfasts available. Tea and biscuits in bedroom was a good way to start the day! Very comfortable beds and everything spotless.
