All bathrooms are immaculate and include essential toiletries and stacks of plush cotton towels. Guest Access: The entire main house plus carriage house are reserved for your exclusive use. These two spaces are not interconnected (you must walk outside to go between the two homes). The pool is private at this listing. Please also note that we do not allow events or parties at this property including bachelor/ette parties. Violation of this policy can result in immediate eviction without refund. Our home is located on a tranquil tree-lined street in a quiet and residential area. Nearby are many points of interest including Crawford Square, Flannery O’Connor’s childhood home, and the Beach Institute African American Cultural Center. All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience. Getting Around: Getting around Savannah from our home is a breeze! We are less than a mile from downtown and River Street, a 15-20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive. Uber is also a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets. Other Things to Note: *IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS*   -We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. -We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.  -We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.   -We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment.  -Pets are not allowed at this property.  -Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted. -We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations. Interaction with Guests: You will have complete privacy here.
