SpringHill Suites by Marriott Fayetteville I-95

Clean and comfortable

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves one! Our stay at SpringHill Suites off I-95 in Fayetteville was nothing short of amazing! I have to give a very special shoutout to Amanda and the entire staff for going above and beyond for our family. I accidentally left my daughter’s medication in the refrigerator, and Amanda was kind enough to retrieve it and have it waiting in our new room for our second night. As if that wasn’t thoughtful enough, we returned to an exceptionally clean room with the sweetest surprise waiting for our daughter - a “Get Well Soon” card and a care package filled with snacks and toys. What truly touched my heart was that every staff member had personally handwritten a message and signed the card. It was such a thoughtful gesture that meant more to our family than they could ever know. In a world where exceptional customer service can be hard to find, these incredible people reminded us that kindness and compassion still exist. They didn’t have to do any of this, but they went out of their way to make our daughter feel special and cared for. I would stay here a million times over! Amanda and the entire staff have hearts of gold and deserve every bit of recognition they can get. So, thank you all for turning a simple hotel stay into an experience our family will never forget. You truly made a difference!

Very polite staff. Very clean new hotel. AREA IS SAFE, most near hotels are upper scale. Few restaurants near, gas stations near. Breakfast was great, good variety.

Everything was good no complaints.

The breakfast is great.

Our rom had a filmy drape with a light right outside so it was impossible to have a dark room. The tv faced the side of the desk. It was not comfortable to view it.
