Large, spacious house with all the basics you need. In the kitchen there were already some water bottles, olive oil, coffee but also things like herbs/salt & pepper and washing soap. Basic things for cooking, which was really nice. The property itself is easily accessible with the gate and key box, and during the night it was very quiet and dark in the room which makes it a relaxing place to sleep. There was also a computer monitor, which comes in handy if you want to do some remote working (and WiFi is fast enough for this). You can easily connect with the smart TV and log into things like Netflix and HBO. It is about 5-10 min drive to all main facilities in the city centre and supermarkets like Consum. Good place to go for a run (around the boulevard) or go for some biking in the area. Although we stayed during the winter and did not make use of the pool, we sat a few times in the garden in the sun which is spacious as well (although shared with the surrounding properties). Finally, the owners reply very fast in case you have any questions. Overall, really good value for money and the house is really bigger than is clear on the pictures I think.
Could be a bit colder in winter, but with all the heating in the house it is still very comfortable!

The swimming pool is fantastic. The apartment is comfortable, quiet place and not too far from Denia 10min by car.
