Good location. Spacious spot

Great spot. Plenty of room. Alex was super friendly at meeting. Location was excellent for food and to get around. Gothic is a cool area.

Like many spots in Barcelona, just be aware of your surroundings. There was groups of men that did not have good intentions hanging around. One tried to approach/rob me in an alley - this said, I loved Barcelona lol.

Spacious property, clean and I wouldn’t say it was too noisy being where it is

The lift situation. I’ve never seen that before and it was a big security risk and annoying listening to the lift door open all the time when at our floor. We had the neighbours knocking on a couple of times and my two sons were scared. One of the bed sheets had a stain on but that bed wasn’t slept in so wasn’t an issue

Great Gothic Getaway

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4 (two adults and two teenagers). We liked how centrally located it was to the Gothic Quarter, subway, and attractions. Our host was friendly, communicative and provided everything we needed: coffee, kitchen supplies, ample storage space for our luggage/clothes, a washer and also detergent. We went to Barcelona in August and the AC in this unit worked great. There are a ton of stores and restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again. Special Note: the location is very busy, people are walking around the Gothic Quarter at all hours of the night so expect it to hear big city sounds like you would in any big city.

A/c is only in the living room and both bedrooms were not equipped Temperature was ok though but keep it in mind

Net appartement dat supercentraal lag. Vlak bij de Ramblas. Weinig geluidsoverlast binnen. Goed werkende airco. Goede bedden. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Misschien voor veel mensen niet zo belangrijk; de föhn was top!

Iets te kleine badkamer. Binnenplaatsje was niet zo schoon.
