The property was right at the city center, overlooking the Plaça Reial, just 100 meters of from the Ramblas. It was super clean and spacious.
There is no elevator - so if you can’t handle a few stairs, this is not your place. You are at Placa Reial, in the middle of all action/night live - so it is not a quiet place in the evening. We did not care and enjoyed every minute.

Posizione ottima, praticamente in centro, appartamento che si affaccia su Placa Real. Certo la piazza è molto frequentata, molte persone che parlano o urlano, ma le finestre, se chiuse, attutiscono molto i rumori.
L'appartamento era molto bello, con una cucina, zona con divano e tavolo, una camera grande con letto alla francese, molto carina una sedia a dondolo appesa con delle corde al soffitto, un bel bagno e poi un soppalco con un letto alla francese e un bagno con lavandino e water comodo per la notte per non dover scendere.
L'appartamento ha un sistema di raffreddamento centralizzato, ma se non lo desideri, basta spegnere gli split.
L'accesso è stato abbastanza facile, anche e tutto gestito da remoto, sono molto presenti e pronti a rispondere o intervenire. Abbiamo avuto problemi con la porta del bagno la domenica, abbiamo chiamato l'assistenza era domenica e dopo mezz'ora erano già usciti per risolvere il problema.
I letti alla francese sono un po piccoli.
L'aria centralizzata, dopo un po'che era spenta ripartiva e alcune volte era troppo fredda
