Very clean room. All amenities were top-notch. The staff were super-friendly. Very high quality compared to hotels in the area. The waterfall view from the dining area was spectacular.
Power went out occasionally, but the generator kicked in pretty quickly.

Location, view, room and amenities, staff service, pool. Morning Jeep safari to the jungle
Noisy expansion work was done throughout the day. Some bathroom fittings were a loose. Restaurant service was very slow. No other indoor activities except the swimming pool.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is very good.
Room service was agonisingly slow.
The kitchen is located at about 2 levels below the one and only restaurant. And staff has to keep going down to the kitchen to get your order. Thus food becomes cold. Also, number of staff needs to be increased for quicker service.
No spa or massage facilities on the property.
